Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

These timeframes do not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 3–7 days for the tracking link to update.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or weather conditions

  • Lost packages due to customer address errors

If your package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Not Received

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@apwarrior.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

We will help investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most international locations.
However, there are some countries we cannot deliver to due to carrier limitations or customs regulations.
